The Reklaws are making a serious claim on the charts.

Hailing from North Dumfries, Ontario, the Canadian country music duo’s “Never Drinking Again” hits the Billboard Canada Hot 100 at No. 97, dated October 11.

With a feel-good, light-hearted beat, sing-along hooks and relatable lyrics about late nights the track, the track marks a return to feel-good anthems that the brother and sister duo — Stuart and Jenna Walker — have built The Reklaws on.

“It’s been a wild few years of writing and putting out music that we needed to share, so we weren’t entirely sure what was going to come out of us as we sat in writing rooms over the past few months – but the fun songs just started pouring out,” shared Stuart.

But it’s not just the Canadian Hot 100. “Never Drinking Again” has been a success on the Billboard Canada Airplay charts, sitting at No. 6 on Canada Country and No. 15 on All-Format.

In true country fashion, The Reklaws are striking while the iron is hot. The pair has been on the road since the summer, with Jenna keeping up the tour schedule while pregnant.

Last week, the pair walked the red carpet at Billboard Canada Women in Music, where they shared their dream collaboration.

"I'd say Dolly Parton," said Stuart, highlighting the country music icon who famously wrote "I Will Always Love You," and passed on an offer from Elvis who wanted to record the song for 50% of the publishing credits. The track went on to be a hit for Whitney Houston.

"That's the kind of person we want in our corner," he said, which Jenna echoed. "As country artists, you gotta go for the country girls, so I would love that."

On the Canadian Hot 100, The Reklaws join fellow country artists Nate Haller and Tenille Townes, whose collaboration, “Backfire,” arrives at No. 100.

Hitting the top 10 is Tate McRae’s new single, “Tit For Tat,” which debuts at No. 3 in Canada and the U.S.

Capping off a breakthrough year that’s included her first No. 1 album and an arena headlining tour, the Canadian pop star stays prolific on the simmering rhythmic pop track — an indignant kiss-off to an ex that will certainly keep the rumour mill rolling following McRae’s breakup with singer The Kid LAROI.

On “Tit For That,” McRae warns her former flame that if he continues releasing songs about her, she will share her own perspective. The track seemingly alludes to her ex-lover moving on with a new partner, reflecting that he was not the person she believed he would be. McRae shared that the track was written two weeks before its release and she recorded vocals in between tour stops.

The song is reportedly a response to her LAROI’s recent track "A Cold Play,” although neither party has officially confirmed it. Following McRae’s major chart success, the track re-entered the Canadian Hot 100 at No. 81 this week.

McRae notches three other tracks on the Canadian Hot 100, including her duet with Morgan Wallen, “What I Want,” at No. 6, “Sports Car” at No. 30 and “Just Keep Watching” at No. 33.

It’s a big week for Canadian pop singers. After debuting at No. 100 two weeks ago, Sofia Camara’s “Girls Like You” rises 84-72, while Alicia Mofett’s “Lay Your Light” climbs five spots to No. 82.

HUNTR/X's KPop Demon Hunters track “Golden" tops the charts, maintaining a fifth week at No. 1, and Alex Warren’s “Ordinary” sits at No. 2. Justin Bieber’s “Daisies” drops 3-4, but his star power still shines after the Canadian pop singer was announced as a headliner for 2026’s Coachella.
