Canadian celebrities love the World Cup.

Of the six soccer matches held at Toronto Stadium (formerly BMO Field), the June 2 game between Portugal and Croatia saw some of the biggest Canadian names in the stands to show their support, as the two countries battled for a spot in the Round of 16.

It was a major game to be held in the city, with beloved soccer stars including Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo and Croatia’s Luka Modrić hitting the field. It’s been reported that Ronaldo will be retiring from the sport following the completion of the World Cup. Still, he still has at least one more game to go, as Portugal won yesterday’s match, 2-1.

Here are the Canadians who attended yesterday’s game.

Drake

It’s no surprise that the Iceman himself turned out to watch the game in Toronto. While he’s been busy breaking multiple Canadian chart records, the buzzy rapper is always there to support his home country.

After Ronaldo scored a goal, Drizzy did his infamous “where she at” emote, which was caught on the jumbotron. Online, some social media users are suggesting that the gesture is a dunk on A$AP Rocky, who held a fan’s sign dissing Drake during Rocky’s recent tour stop in Seattle.

Nelly Furtado

A proud Portuguese artist and Canadian Hall of Famer, Nelly Furtado, came to watch the final game in Toronto. The “Say It Right” singer took to her Instagram story to show off her red Portugal-embroidered baseball cap, followed by multiple clips of the game. “vamos emboraaaaaaaaaaaal,” she captioned one of the stories, which translates to a celebratory “Let’s goooooooo.”

She even reshared a story of Drake’s “where she at” emote, commenting “repping for the suite,” followed by a string of Portugal flag emojis. Since the World Cup's kickoff, Furtado has been heavily involved, penning a track for the major sporting event's official soundtrack. In addition, she teamed up with superstar producer Boi-1da to release "Electric Circus," a single from Canada Soccer Foundation’s Perfect Pitch album.

Sofia Camara

Rising pop act Sofia Camara repped her Portuguese pride during yesterday’s game. The singer performed a short surprise show at Stackt Market — which ended with her charting hit “Girls Like You” — before heading to the game at Toronto Stadium. “This is the craziest thing omgggg let’s go,” she wrote on her Instagram story. She later posted a photo of Ronaldo, calling him “The 🐐.”

Following Portugal’s win, she said it was the best game she’d ever seen, sporting the winning country’s flag on her shoulders.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Posted up beside Drake, NBA champion Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was spotted at the game on Toronto Stadium’s jumbotron.

Gavin McKenna

Just days after Justin Bieber announced Canadian hockey player Gavin McKenna as the Toronto Maple Leafs’ first draft pick, McKenna showed his support for another major sport in his home country. In an interview with TSN, he shared that he was a Ronaldo fan growing up. “I was a big Real Madrid fan,” he said. “Big fan of [Ronaldo] and I’m cheering for him.”
