Katy Perry's 'Lifetimes Tour' Movie Is Showing in Canadian Theatres for a Limited Time
The 2025 concert film recorded during her shows at Paris' Accor Arena is playing at Cineplex locations worldwide, including Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Saskatoon, Moncton, Halifax and many more. The Lifetimes Tour previously made stops across Canada in summer 2025.

Katy Perry is hitting the big screen across Canada once again.
The pop star's The Lifetimes Tour concert movie is out today (Sept. 2) and being screened at Cineplex locations nationwide for a limited time, with select screenings in IMAX. The movie, which was filmed during Perry's concerts at Paris' Accor Arena in Nov. 2025, is playing at select cinemas in Toronto, Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Montreal, Quebec City, Halifax and Moncton.
The concert film, which was shot using 60 cameras, features a career-spanning setlist that includes all ten of the singer's No. 1 hits in Canada, including "Dark Horse," "Roar," "California Gurls" and many more. Perry ranks fourth among the artists with the most No. 1s in the history of the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 chart, only behind Rihanna (11), Justin Bieber (13) and Drake and Taylor Swift (14), who are currently tied at the top after earning their latest No. 1 songs this year with "Janice STFU" and "I Knew It, I Knew You," respectively.

The Lifetimes Tour passed through Canada in summer 2025, making stops in major concert hubs like Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, as well as Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa and Quebec City. The trek wrapped up in December with over $134 million gross in ticket sales after playing 91 shows. The Montreal stop marked the beginning of the singer's romantic relationship with her current partner, former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, with whom she has since made numerous headlines. She gushed about him during a Q&A about the film during its premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in June, and the pair recently posted a video of themselves dancing along to Trudeau's son XAV's single "Downtown" in a Montreal Home Depot, just days after the song landed on the Billboard Canada Contemporary Hit Radio/Top 40 Airplay chart.
Trudeau was also seen hopping along to Perry's track "Watch it Burn" in a promotional video posted on the singer's Instagram account, and she referenced him onstage during her festival run this summer, accepting an onstage phone call from a contact with the initials "JPJT" after rejecting several others.
Perry has hit cinemas worldwide twice before with her 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me, which documented her global California Dreams trek in support of her 2011 album, Teenage Dream, an LP that topped the Billboard Canadian Albums chart. Her subsequent Prismatic World Tour also received its own concert film in 2015, and the Lifetimes tour marks her first music film in over a decade.
