Rihanna had a heartwarming interaction with a fan battling cancer, which was captured in a new episode of Jason Lee’s Grocery Shopping With Rihanna that dropped Monday (July 6).

After heading for the check-out line at Bristol Farms — a chain of grocery stores in Southern California — Ri was stopped by a woman who revealed she’s been battling cancer and was self-conscious about her looks, but asked the Grammy-winning singer for a photo anyway.

“I look terrible; I live with cancer. I’m a local here,” the fan said. “Everyone knows me; I don’t have my wig on.”

Ri shut down any sort of negativity. “You don’t look terrible,” she replied.

The fan revealed that she and Rihanna share the same first name, Robyn, before showing the superstar a photo of herself with a wig on.

“You know what I live for? A good hairline, honey,” Rihanna responded, imploring the fan to not downplay herself. “This is what I like to see. Anytime you meet anybody, don’t do that s–t. You’re fire just like that.”

The fan asked for permission to quote Rihanna from their interaction going forward, which the Fenty mogul was more than happy to hear. “You’re fire,” Rihanna told her before leaving.

Elsewhere in the episode, Rihanna co-signed Yung Miami’s scorching “Spend Dat” hit, which reached the top 20 of the Billboard Hot 100 dated July 11 (No. 19). She even hopped on FaceTime with the former City Girls rapper and showed how a car next to them was bumping her J. White Did It-produced summer anthem.
