The chart-topping singer has added a fifth Vancouver show (Oct. 21) to The Romantic Tour, extending his record for the most shows at BC Place by any artist on a single tour.
Bruno Mars continues to raise the bar.
The American superstar has added a handful of dates to his The Romantic Tour, including a new stop at Vancouver's BC Place on Oct. 21. It brings his total of shows in the city to five, extending the record he set earlier this year for the most shows played at the stadium by an artist on a given tour.
Mars previously took the title after a first extension of the Romantic Tour in January, which made for a total of four nights at BC Place and five at Toronto's Rogers Stadium, the most for any artist at either venue on a single tour. The BC Place record was previously held by Taylor Swift's monumental Eras Tour, where she closed out the worldwide trek with three nights in Vancouver.
The Romantic Tour will support the singer's love-smitten new album The Romantic, released last Friday (Feb. 27). The record, which is filled with ballads and smooth styles including funk, soul and cha cha cha, has already been making a splash on the charts. Its lead single "I Just Might" debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and No. 3 in Canada, even regaining its peak at No. 3 on this week's Billboard Canadian Hot 100.
While the wait for this album was almost ten years long, the artist has kept his buzz omnipresent with immensely successful collaborations with Rosé (APT.) and Lady Gaga (Die With a Smile), both of which powered through 2025 and landed in the Top 5 of Billboard Canada's Top Canadian Hot 100 Songs of 2025, despite being released in 2024. Gaga even gave a surprise rendition of "Die with a Smile" during Bad Bunny's Super Bowl Halftime Show performance.
As the American hitmaker prepares to kick off his first solo tour in ten years, it’s clear these are some of the biggest concerts coming to Canada in 2026.
