Jessie Reyez will soon be back with a new album, a prominent new addition to our weekly calendar of new and upcoming Canadian album releases.
The Canadian R&B star and winner of the Billboard Canada Women in Music 2024 Trailblazer Award will deliver her keenly awaited new album, Paid In Memories, on March 28.
Another acclaimed singer-songwriter, Dan Mangan, also returns on May 16 with his new (and seventh) full-length, Natural Light.
Prolific Toronto rock auteur Ensign Broderick, meanwhile, is putting out two new records on May 16, while singer-songwriter Kate Maki will release Impossible Knot, her first new music in nine years, on May 9. Rising R&B artist Aqyila adds Falling Into Place, out March 28.

There are also some big Canadian albums out this week.
That includes recently Grammy-nominated B.C. metal sensations Spiritbox, who have released their anticipated sophomore album Tsunami Sea.
Other artists with new albums include veteran Toronto jazzniks Shuffle Demons, roots-rockers The Burning Hell, South Asian rapper AR Paisley, fiery indie rock outfit Frog Eyes and indie pop up-and-comer Housewife.
