Jonas Brothers took over the field during Canada's biggest night in football.
The pop trio played the Grey Cup halftime show on Sunday, November 17 at B.C. Place in Vancouver, fitting eight songs into a thirteen minute set. (They weren't the only high-profile guests at a Grey Cup that also saw a surprise appearance from Prince Harry).
They brought appropriate fanfare to the show, opening with cheerleaders, a drumline, and a powerful horn section. The trio joined the party, performing their 2020 hit "What a Man Gotta Do" from the field before heading up to the stage.
The set showed off Nick and Joe's impressive and precise vocals, giving them both a spotlight to sing material from outside the group: Nick brought out his Hot 100 top ten solo track "Jealous," and Joe did the anthemic "Cake by the Ocean," originally by his group DNCE.

When the trio launched into their classic "Burnin' Up," the stage lit up with pyrotechnics — though not quite as many as during last year's half-time performance from Green Day. They closed with their No. 1. hit "Sucker," with a dance crew taking over the football field once more, keeping the energy high until the last note.

Jonas Brothers weren't the only musicians to perform at the big game.
Before the Toronto Argonauts defeated the Winnipeg Blue Bombers to win the Grey Cup, Canadian country up-and-comer Owen Riegling performed an opening two-song set of his hit "Old Dirt Roads" and "Moonshines."
