Swifties are on the case.

A mysterious Ticketmaster event has Canadian Swifties excited.

Today (August 2) a seventh Toronto date for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour was published on the ticketing website, before being quickly deleted. The date was set for November 24, which means it would follow the six sold-out shows she's playing between November 14 and 23.

The listing could have just been a glitch, but Swifties are sleuthing for answers. One fan pointed out that when you type "Taylor Swift" into the search bar, it says that she has 24 events, despite only having 23 concerts announced.

Could there be an extra Toronto date on the horizon?

If it's just a glitch, there will definitely be a lot more bad blood between Ticketmaster and Swifties, some of whom sued the ticketing company after the first round of Eras Tour tickets went on sale in 2022.

Swift is currently still on the European leg of the record-breaking Eras Tour, with five upcoming dates in London before she heads back to North America. Canadians are already preparing for the upcoming dates, though, with Toronto recently declaring that for the month of November, the path from Nathan Phillips Square to the Rogers Centre will be named 'Taylor Swift Way.'
