Karan Aujla has officially released his third studio album, P-Pop Culture, produced with longtime collaborator Ikky.

The 11-track project, running just over 34 minutes, is out now via Karan Aujla Music Inc. under exclusive license to Warner Music Canada and Warner Music India.

Aujla first unveiled the album during his sold-out Montreal arena show in July, where he paused mid-performance to announce the title and release date.

The rollout included the pre-release of lead single “MF Gabhru!”, which dropped on August 1 and went on to peak at No. 46 on the Billboard Canada Hot 100.

In an Instagram note posted hours before the release, Aujla reflected on the two-year process of making the album, calling it his most personal work yet. “Day and night, 10–12 hours at a time, I poured every ounce of myself into this album,” he wrote. “I made something I could listen to not just as an artist, but as a fan of Punjabi pop culture.”

P-Pop Culture brings together romance, hip-hop, R&B, and pop while staying rooted in Punjabi influences. Aujla described it as “everything -- love, flex, struggle, memories,” adding that the sessions were about building more than music: “We lived in that studio.”

Following the album’s release, Aujla also dropped the official music video for “For a Reason,” giving fans the first visual from the project.

The new release builds on the global momentum of his 2023 album Making Memories, which reached No. 5 on the Canadian Albums Chart, and last year’s Bollywood hit “Tauba Tauba,” which topped Indian and UK Asian charts and also charted on the Canadian Hot 100.

Currently, Aujla is on the road with arena shows across North America, with a European tour leg scheduled for later this month.
