Heading our list of new Canadian releases this week is No Hard Feelings from The Beaches, now one of Canada's biggest rock bands. Earlier this month, their set at Montreal's Osheaga festival was an event highlight.

The advance single “Last Girls At The Party” recently had a long run at the top of the Billboard Modern Rock chart. This is the band's third studio album, and the follow-up to breakthrough record, Blame My Ex, which spawned the viral hit "Blame Brett." The group plays U.S. shows from now until Oct. 22, followed by Canadian dates, Oct. 24 to Nov. 15, including their first Toronto arena show at Scotiabank Arena on November 6. Details here.

Also out this week is Hangover Terrace from veteran pop craftsman Ron Sexsmith. This is the 17th album from the prolific and globally acclaimed singer-songwriter, and was forged during an extended stay in the U.K. after his Sexsmith at Sixty tour. Recorded in London with longtime producer Martin Terefe, it features Sexsmith's trademark emotional eloquence. He explains the title this way: "This record speaks to the hangover I feel from the last few years of pandemic and life knocking us around." Sexsmith begins playing U.S. shows on Sept. 4, followed by 15 Canadian dates, from Oct 19-Nov. 16. Itinerary and tickets here.

Global superstar Bryan Adams returns to the spotlight with his brand new album, Roll With The Punches. His 16th studio album, it is the first to come out on his own indie imprint, Bad Records. Adams states that "It’s been a minute since we released So Happy It Hurts, and so much has happened in the past couple of years, all of which has been the inspiration for Roll With The Punches. Rock on!" Bryan Adams tour dates and tickets are available here.

Also delivering new work this week is Winnipeg pop singer-songwriter Lhasa Petik. THYMIA is her debut full-length, but she has already racked up over 70 million streams across three distinct projects and is deemed one to watch.
