Vancouver-by-way-of-London-and-Ghana artist Mauvey — an alt. soul/hip hop singer signed to 604 — performed at Toronto's El Mocambo on Nov. 15, as part of the Come Together coast-to-coast artist showcase and industry mingler.


The afternoon was put on by Canada’s music associations. Also playing were acts flown in from east and west — Marissa Burwell, Last Birds, Century Egg, Braden Lam, Super Duty Tough Work, Mise En Scene, Ghost Woman, Teon Gibbs — capped by local Witch Prophet. The following afternoon was the B2B networking event at Stackt Market Brewery.
