Justice W.D. Black has found James Campagna in contempt of court for refusing to participate, lying under oath and fleeing jurisdiction. Music funding body and non-profit FACTOR has been in legal proceedings against Campagna, VirgoCX Direct and Scotiabank since $9.8-million was allegedly stolen from their account in 2024.
