Cavaliers Troll Drake With ‘Iceman’ Graphic & ‘Not Like Us’ After Eliminating Raptors From NBA Playoffs

The 6 God didn't pull up to his usual courtside seats at any of the three games in Toronto.

While Drake puts the finishing touches on Iceman, the OVO rapper’s Toronto Raptors were eliminated from the NBA Playoffs on Sunday (May 3) after a 114-102 game seven loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

With the game in hand and the time winding down as the Cavs held a 16-point lead with about a minute left, the Rocket Arena DJ played Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” to hype up the Cleveland crowd and troll Drizzy and the Raptors’ fans.

The Cavaliers’ social media team didn’t waste much time, poking at Drake when the time ran out on the Raptors’ season.

“DEFROSTED,” the Cavs posted to X with a poster featuring Drizzy’s Iceman ice sculpture from downtown Toronto, except there was a “W” inside instead of the album release date. “Internal Findings: Cavs W Detected in Core,” the graphic reads. “Final Conclusion: Cavs in 7.”

The Cavs also posted a separate clip taking over Toronto’s famed CN Tower. “Turned the 6 upside down,” the team captioned the post.

Drake, who serves as a team ambassador for the Raptors, wasn’t present in his usual courtside seats — which were frozen — at Scotiabank Arena when the Raptors were playing at home in Toronto during the series.

The 6 God has been busy preparing for the release of his Iceman album, which is slated to arrive on May 15. Drake was also spotted by fans filming what appears to be a music video over the weekend.

Iceman will serve as Drizzy’s first solo album since 2023’s For All the Dogs, which topped the Billboard 200.
