This week's calendar of new Canadian albums gets a big new entry from Canadian EDM star REZZ.

The producer/DJ/recording artist releases As The Pendulum Swings. In June, she was featured at the Billboard Summit at NXNE, alongside fellow EDM star and occasional collaborator deadmau5 (they work together as REZZMAU5), where the pair explored their creative process. Last month, the duo both performed at VELD Festival in Toronto, the event at which they debuted their joint project in 2023.

Her fifth solo album, As The Pendulum Swings, features guest appearances from notable artists from around the globe including Dillon Francis & BRVMES, k?d, EDDIE, fknsyd, CABLE, Owl Vision, Chuurch and more. Discussing the new album on her social media, REZZ called it her most "ominous" album and said "it’s time for me to enter the most dialled in era of my career."

She is currently playing in the U.S., returning there in early 2026 for a five-city headline tour. Dates here.

Also this week, multi-platinum-selling pop artist Tyler Shaw marks the 10th anniversary release of his blockbuster debut full-length Yesterday by putting it out on vinyl for the first time, alongside a deluxe digital album, including all 13 original tracks and five new acoustic versions.
