She’s also been instrumental in the opening of History in Ottawa, the first expansion of the beloved mid-size Toronto venue in partnership with global superstar Drake.
That’s not to mention the second season of Rogers Stadium, now Toronto’s biggest concert venue, and partnerships at some of the country’s biggest music festivals including Osheaga in Montreal, Chasing Summer in Calgary, VELD in Toronto and many more.
She is trusted with one of Canada's largest entertainment partnership portfolios while expanding premium hospitality and special events businesses nationally.

I love what we do and feel lucky to be surrounded by people who are, at their core, fans first.”
Alongside her colleagues Riley O’Connor and Erik Hoffman, Bubb-Clarke shared the honour of Billboard Canada Power Player of the Year in 2025 — a recognition of the company’s clear market share lead in the Canadian live music space and their role in bringing the biggest artists in the world to the country.
With 25 years of leadership experience, she’s proud of bringing together multiple stakeholders, including artists, cultural institutions, brands and governments, to create major experiences that bridge culture, commerce and community.
Advocating for Canada’s music sector, she has served on the board of CARAS, the executor of the Juno Awards, as well as the Canadian Live Music Association and music industry relief charity Unison.
Melissa Bubb-Clarke will accept the prestigious Executive of the Year award at Billboard Canada Women In Music on Nov. 24 at Rebel in Toronto.
This year’s event will bridge the inspiring executives and creators of Canadian music with some of the biggest chart-topping artists in the world. More of the celebration’s top honourees will be revealed starting this week.
