The Toronto-based entertainment company The Feldman Agency (TFA) has announced a series of internal promotions.

These appointments, effective immediately, underscore TFA’s "strategic focus on talent buying, artist support and operational innovation across its offices in Toronto and Vancouver," per a release.

“As our business continues to evolve and expand globally, we are excited to recognize the contributions of these outstanding team members,” says Tom Kemp, President of The Feldman Agency (and a 2024 Billboard Canada Power Player). “Each of them brings unique strengths to our leadership and operations, and their promotions reflect not only past achievements but also the confidence we have in their future impact.”

A 14 year veteran at TFA, Joel Baskin has been named Senior Vice President. He has helped the company build a roster that includes international superstars Avril Lavigne and Shania Twain, Canadian country stars Josh Ross and Owen Riegling and top rock bands The Beaches and Three Days Grace.

Now given the role of Managing Director-Administration, Josie Cheng has been at TFA for a decade. She will be tasked with overseeing key operational functions and contributing to agency-wide strategy and growth.

Entering her third year at TFA, Amy Lloyd has been given a new role as Talent Buyer, helping to advance TFA's rapidly expanding talent buying division. Emma Leblanc now takes the reins as Marketing Associate, working on digital marketing and brand strategy, and Jessie Silverstein has been promoted to Senior Coordinator.

The Feldman Agency together has 50 years of experience in artist representation, talent booking, event services and corporate consulting. The agency has offices in both Toronto and Vancouver.

Last year, TFA partnered on a new open-air venue in Toronto called The Bowl, but the venue has "hit pause" for 2025.

Baskin, Kemp and fellow TFA executive Jeff Craib were all recently named as 2025 Billboard Global Power Players.
