Peer Music (peermusic) has announced a re-alignment of senior staff in its Canadian office, led by Neville Quinlan who is now MD, Publishing & Neighbouring Rights. He continues to lead peermusic’s Canadian publishing operations and manage both its Toronto and Montreal offices.
