Drake’s latest tour is already making headlines.

During his second show at Utilita Arena in Birmingham on Monday (July 21), the rapper addressed the crowd after audience members began chanting “f—k Kendrick,” referencing the rapper’s heated feud with Kendrick Lamar that erupted last summer.

“Alright, alright, alright,” said Drake while settling down the crowd. “I can’t say that I don’t agree.”

Later in the show, the 6 God confirmed the heavily rumoured title for his upcoming album, Iceman.

“So, you know I’m working on my album Iceman. We got a lot to talk about so I’m looking forward to it,” he told the crowd.

The title was prominently featured in a recent YouTube livestream by Drake titled “ICEMAN EPISODE 1,” where he premiered his recent single “What Did I Miss?” The track made an impressive debut on the charts, landing at No. 2 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Canadian Hot 100, just shy of the top spot. It's since dropped to No. 7 this week in Canada and No. 8 in the U.S.

Drake toasted to similar chants a few weeks ago during the second night of his three-day headlining stint at Wireless Festival in London. “Grab me a shot. I’ll drink to that,” he told his longtime associate Chubbs while onstage.

Drake is currently co-headlining the $ome $pecial $hows 4 U.K./EU tour with PARTYNEXTDOOR, which kicked off on Sunday (July 20) with two shows in Birmingham. The trek is set to run through September with dates in the United Kingdom and Europe. It’s the Toronto artist’s first tour in either region since the Assassination Vacation Tour in 2019.
