The East Pointers Head List of 2024 East Coast Music Awards Winners

The East Coast Music Association (ECMA) has announced the full list of 2024 East Coast Music Award winners. The East Pointers led with three ECMA wins followed by Jenn Grant, Morgan Toney, and Tim Baker with two wins each.

The first batch of ECMA Award winners was Thursday May 2, during the 36th annual East Coast Music Awards held in Charlottetown, PEI. Three classical awards were given out on May 4 at the Classical Showcase. The remaining awards were presented Sunday May 5 at the East Coast Music Awards Part II: Music & Industry Awards.

Folk-rockers The East Pointers have been favourites of the East Coast since forming in 2014. Their 2023 EP Safe In Sound was a bittersweet one, following the death of member Koady Chaisson.
