Cardi B Reveals First Photos of Her Son With Stefon Diggs — and His Uncommon Name — as Baby Boy Turns 1
"It feels like I've had you at my side forever," the rapper wrote to her youngest child.

Cardi B celebrated her youngest son’s first birthday by giving him a grand debut on Instagram, revealing the baby boy’s name and face for the first time since welcoming him with Stefon Diggs a year ago.
In a Wednesday (Nov. 4) post on Instagram, the rapper shared a bunch of photos of her son looking fly in a handful of outfits, including one look featuring a green snapback and expensive-looking diamond chains, as well as another that finds him in a beanie and adorable striped overalls. “Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D🩶🩶🩶!!” Cardi wrote in the caption.
“It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever,” she continued. “I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me a extra strength . I was growing you inside of me and at the same time you were giving me life!”
“You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like,” she added. “You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit.”
Also in the post, Cardi shared a couple of snaps of what appears to be little Grey’s costume for Halloween 2026: surgeon scrubs and a white doctor’s lab coat, complete with the Grey’s Anatomy logo in the background.
Grey is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with Diggs. She also shares daughters Kulture and Blossom and son Wave with estranged husband Offset.
The Grammy winner first started dating the football player in spring 2025, going Instagram official that June. A few months later, she revealed that she was pregnant, announcing Grey’s birth on Nov. 13 last year.
Things got rocky between Cardi and Diggs in February, with the former telling fans at a concert that month, “Just because I ain’t f–king with my baby daddy doesn’t mean you get to talk about my baby daddy.”
They would seemingly be on again, off again over the next few months, but currently, it seems that their relationship is strictly as coparents to Grey. Cardi’s latest post comes a couple of months after she and Diggs made fans correctly guess the little one’s name by both wearing jewelry spelling out “Grey.”
