Diljit Dosanjh made history with his Dil-Luminati tour this year, and now he's about to make some more.

The Punjabi superstar will be on the cover of the first print edition of Billboard Canada, a special edition dedicated to the global artist and his impact in North America and across the world.

This momentous first edition features multiple covers from an exclusive photo shoot with the artist, plus behind-the-scenes stories and images shared exclusively by his manager Sonali Singh. It also features a cover story interview with Diljit Dosanjh covering his rise from a small village in India to becoming one of the biggest Punjabi stars in the world. There's an inside look at everything from his distinctive traditional-meets-modern fashion, his dancing and staging, to his global collaborations with artists like Ed Sheeran, Sia and Saweetie.

Fans and collectors can chart his journey in a special box set edition with four covers featuring multiple languages and looks, including one surprise edition aligned to a Billboard global initiative that will be revealed this December. There are also limited edition copies signed by Diljit Dosanjh himself.

The special edition and boxed sets are available by mail order and can be shipped anywhere around the world. As he announced at his concert tonight at the O2 in London, pre-orders are officially open today (October 18). They're expected to sell out quickly.

New additions include hyperpop rapper Lil Mariko (in her Canadian debut), illuminati hotties, alt-rock group Palehound, Indigenous electronic cello ensemble Cris Derksen Quartet, noisy Midwest slowcore outfit Flooding, Canadian indie rock project Fanclubwallet, mask-wearing thrash punks TEAR DUNGEON, genre-bending post-punk artist J.R.C.G., New Mexico-based pop-punk band Weedrat, and the final two guest curator selections: experimental musique concrète project Cooling Prongs, and Nigerian‑American pianist Sharon Udoh (who will also be joining fest curators clipping. for their performance at The Palace Theatre on June 20).

Emerging acts joining this year’s lineup include award-winning Plains Cree hip-hop artist Drezus, Winnipeg indie rockers Virgo Rising, Whitehorse-based “gateway metal” duo FRANKLIN, ambient pedal steel performer Wayne Patrick Garrett, dance-inspired electronic artist Eejungmi, San Francisco experimental pop project Tricky FM, Toronto-based art rockers Kali Horse, high-energy cow-punk ensemble Spank Williams, post-hardcore powerhouse Midnight Peg, operatic post-punk four-piece Shunk and many, many more.
