COUNTRY YEAR-END

Canadian front-runners on the Mediabase year-end County music countdowns included Jade Eagleson, James Barker Band, Dean Brody, and High Valley. Starseed Ent. stole 3rd place in the year-end label ranking with a whopping 7.5 share that was enabled with a roster that includes 3 of the four acts mentioned above. Congrats to all!

AC/DC Toronto Show Cancelled Due to Storm Damage at Rogers Stadium

The cancellation comes a week after a severe storm damaged multiple seating sections at the 50,000-capacity outdoor venue.

Rogers Stadium's second season has come to an early close.

This evening (Sept. 9), the venue announced via Instagram that AC/DC's show scheduled for Sept. 16 has been cancelled. The news comes after the 50,000-capacity venue suffered significant structural damage following a "100-year storm" that struck Toronto last week, causing several seating sections on the venue's north side to collapse.
