Starting this Friday, May 1, CBC and CARAS introduce Junos 365 Songwriters’ Circle, a five-part series featuring stories and performances from the homes of some of Canada’s top musicians. This will be available every other Friday on CBC Gem and world-wide at cbcmusic.ca/junos

Described as the ‘Jewel of the Junos,’ the Songwriters Circle is an annual highlight of Juno Week, but the 2020 event, and the Juno Awards, were cancelled due to the covid-19 pandemic.

SOCAN and Music Publishers Canada are collaborating in presenting Junos 365 Songwriters’ Circle. The May 1 episode features Juno winner Brett Kissel bringing together stories and songs from Juno nominees Dominique Fils-Aimé, Kaia Kater, and Devon Portielje from Half Moon Run.
