The Harlem rapper and his superstar wife showed love to each other and to fans at Scotiabank Arena last night (May 31) during his first of five concerts in Canada.
A$AP Rocky is finally back on the Canadian stage.
Yesterday (May 31), the Harlem native played his first of five shows in Canada on his Don't Be Dumb tour at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. The high-energy show saw him singing from a helicopter, performing from inside the pit with fans and cycling through hits from all throughout his catalogue. It's a triumphant return to the stage following the release of his first album in eight years, Don't Be Dumb, which landed at No. 2 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart.
The tour marks his first trek since the Injured Generation tour in 2019, an absence which he acknowledged onstage. Rocky gave his praises to the Toronto audience mid-show, sharing how much he missed the city.
"Y'all m--- don't understand. I haven't been in Toronto for eight f--- years bro. Eight f--- years! I f--- love this place. Toronto I've been gone so long, did you miss me?!" he asked, receiving a roaring and enthusiastic set of cheers in return.
Rocky wasn't the only star of the night, as Rihanna was also spotted in the arena her romantic partner's show and interacting with fans. The superstar singer was seen singing along to tracks like "Punk Rocky" on her own and waving to fans, even singing along to "L$D" with one lucky fan.
The music couple also shared a heartfelt moment while the father of her children performed "Fashion Killa" and gave her a kiss on the hand while rapping the lyrics "Her attitude Rihanna, she get it from her mama." The pair famously co-starred in the music video for the 2013 track, which predated their romantic relationship by almost a decade. The romantic duo continues to attend numerous public events together, including this year's Met Gala, where they appeared alongside a number of Canadian stars.
The Don't Be Dumb tour continues tonight (June 1) at Montreal's Centre Bell, before circling back to Canada in July with dates in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary, with the latter being part of the Calgary Stampede's 2026 Stampede Concert Series. The tour's five Canadian stops make it one of the most expansive tours passing through Canada this summer.
