Drake & Julia Wolf's ‘Dog House’ Debuts on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100
Plus, pop sensation Justin Bieber gains seven new entries following the release of SWAG II, and Montreal singer Charlotte Cardin arrives with francophone single “Tant Pis Pour Elle.”

Drake is charting once again.
The Toronto rapper’s newest single, “Dog House,” enters the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 at No. 86, dated September 20.
It features both Yeat and emerging singer-songwriter Julia Wolf, whose appearance marks her first time on the chart as she turns heads in the industry. On October 1 at Toronto's Rebel, Wolf will honoured as Billboard Canada's inaugural Global Rising Star at Billboard Canada Women in Music.
The dynamic, rage-style hip-hop cut kicks off with an emotional intro from Wolf, singing over stripped-back electric guitar before Drake and Yeat join,fusing their respective flows into the track.

Drake has been a big champion of Wolf, joining her on-stage at her Toronto show in June and calling her "my goat" on his Instagram story, and the song gives her a major spotlight.
"Dog House" joins the rapper's three other charting tracks, including re-entry "Somebody Loves Me" with PARTYNEXTDOOR and Cash Cobain at No. 30, "Which One" featuring Central Cee at No. 60 and What Did I Miss?" at No. 73.
Justin Bieber was already a chart juggernaut following the release of SWAG, but with the new sequel SWAG II is taking over. This week, he has seven entries on the chart.
Released as an addition to the original album, the album counts as part of its predecessor on the album charts, which pushes SWAG into the top 5 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart. Yet, there are a bevy of charting new songs for fans to mine, including: “Speed Demon” (No. 44), “Love Song” (No. 63), “Better Man” (No. 78), “I Think You’re Special” featuring Tems (No. 80), “I Do” (No. 82), “Mother In You” (No. 85) and “Witchya” (No. 97).
Two tracks off SWAG I also maintain their place on the chart: “Daisies” rises 5-3, while “Yukon” climbs 43-38.

It will be a big year for Bieber, who was just announced as a headliner at next year’s Coachella.
Montreal singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin is back on the charts with her all-French single “Tant Pis Pour Elle,” debuting at No. 89. Cardin, Billboard Canada's 2024 Woman of the Year, first teased the song while passing the torch to this year's winners, The Beaches.
The song — which translates to “too bad for her” in English — boasts a razor-sharp production that amplifies Cardin’s raw emotion. It marks her return to French music, after her 2023 francophone EP, Une semaine à Paris, which featured “Feel Good,” a bilingual song that charted on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 more than a year after its release.
At the top of the charts, KPop Demon Hunters’ “Golden” maintains a second week at No. 1. Last week, it dethroned Alex Warren’s “Ordinary,” which previously spent 21 consecutive weeks at the top — the second-longest No. 1 ever, after Shaboozey’s “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”
On the Canadian Albums chart, Sabrina Carpenter’s Man’s Best Friend sits at No. 1, after last week's arrival. It knocked the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack down to No. 2, but it has since been bumped down one more spot to No. 3 after Morgan Wallen’s I’m The Problem rises 3-2.
