Billboard Canada Women In Music 2026 Date and Venue Announced
Billboard Canada will bring together the most powerful and inspiring women of the music industry, from the executive suite to the talented artists filling our playlists and rising to the top of the charts. The night will bring together exciting performances, prestigious award presentations and recognize the talented people on the Billboard Canada Women In Music Industry Spotlight and Artist Spotlight lists.
This year’s third edition will be more global than ever, bringing together Canada’s most exciting musicians with some of the biggest names across the world. Stay tuned to ca.billboard.com and @billboardca over the coming weeks as we reveal the honourees, performers and programming.

“November 24 will mark a historic celebration for Billboard Canada Women in Music,” says Elizabeth Crisante, Chief Commercial Officer of Billboard Canada. “We’re thrilled to bring together an extraordinary lineup of artists, industry leaders and visionaries to honour the groundbreaking women shaping the future of music, both in Canada and around the world.”
Billboard Canada Women In Music returns to Rebel, the site of its biggest and most glamorous edition last year.
The evening was highlighted by The Beaches’ joyful acceptance of the Women of the Year award. They were surprised by video congratulations from music legend Elton John along with Kid Cudi, members of Greta Van Fleet and more and shared an infectious moment of shock. Lights was also surprised by a presentation of the Visionary Award by the Canadian superstar odd couple of Bryan Adams and deadmau5.
Other highlights included inspiring speeches by executive honourees Julie Adam, president & CEO of Universal Music Canada, and Meg Symsyk, president & CEO of FACTOR, award acceptances by Wondagurl, Charlotte Day Wilson, Julia Wolf and more, and standout performances by up-and-coming musicians including Aqyila, Ruby Waters, Baby Nova and Coeur de pirate & Alexandra Stréliski.
