Spotify dévoile son premier classement des artistes, chansons et albums les plus écoutés, dominé par Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny et The Weeknd

Vingt ans après ses débuts, Spotify marque le coup. Pour célébrer cet anniversaire, la plateforme de streaming a dévoilé, jeudi 23 avril, pour la toute première fois, le palmarès des artistes, chansons, albums, podcasts et livres audio les plus écoutés de son histoire.

Sans surprise, certains noms dominent les classements musicaux. Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Drake, The Weeknd et Ed Sheeran figurent parmi les artistes les plus écoutés, reflet de leur domination à l’ère du streaming.

D’autres figures majeures apparaissent également dans le classement des chansons les plus populaires de tous les temps, notamment Rihanna, Eminem, Coldplay et Kanye West.

Mais c’est du côté des albums que le classement réserve les plus grandes surprises. En tête, Un Verano Sin Ti (2022) de Bad Bunny s’impose avec un impressionnant total de 22 milliards d’écoutes. Il est suivi de Starboy (2016) de The Weeknd, de ÷ (Deluxe) de Ed Sheeran, de SOUR de Olivia Rodrigo et de After Hours, également signé The Weeknd.

Côté chansons, The Weeknd domine également avec Blinding Lights, le titre le plus écouté de l’histoire de la plateforme. Suivent Shape of You d’Ed Sheeran, Sweater Weather de The Neighbourhood, Starboy de The Weeknd et Daft Punk, ainsi que As It Was de Harry Styles.
