Prime Video x Billboard Canada “Secret Screening” Contest

1. Sponsor
The “Secret Screening” contest (the “Contest”) is administered by Billboard Canada (“Sponsor”) in collaboration with Prime Video Canada. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Ontario & Quebec who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor, Prime Video, or any of their respective affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on May 20, 2025 and ends on June 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @billboardca and @primevideoca on Instagram.
- Comment on the official contest announcement post.
- Tag a friend in the comment section of the contest announcement post
Each comment counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted. No purchase necessary.
5. Prizes
Winners will receive:
- Two (2) tickets (winner + guest) to attend an exclusive Prime Video Secret Screening in Toronto on June 12, 2025 at the TIFF Lightbox.
Or
- Two (2) tickets (winner + guest) to attend an exclusive Prime Video Secret Screening in Montreal on June 15, 2025 at the Cinéma du Parc.
Transportation, accommodation, and other costs are not included. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random draw on June 6, 2025 and contacted via Instagram DM from @billboardca. Winners must respond within 48 hours and may be required to:
- Sign a declaration and media release
- Acknowledge agreement with these Terms and Conditions
7. Filming & Media Release
The screening will be filmed and photographed. By entering, winners and their guests consent to appear in promotional materials. Each agrees to grant Billboard Canada and Prime Video the unrestricted right to use their image, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes, without compensation.
8. Indemnification
The contest entrant, or anyone acting on their behalf, agrees to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Billboard Canada, AMG, and their affiliates from all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, fines, or damages, including but not limited to:
- Libel, slander, illegal competition, trademark or copyright infringement
- Rights of publicity or privacy violations
- Any action arising from participation in the Contest or use of submitted content
- Breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation
This clause survives the expiration of the Contest.
9. Privacy
Billboard Canada will collect and use personal information for Contest administration in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Prime Video will not have access to entrant data.
10. Right to Cancel or Modify
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at its sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation, no compensation or alternative prize will be provided.
11. General Conditions
- Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in accordance with these rules will be disqualified.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or late entries due to any technical failure.
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws of Ontario and Quebec.
