Award-winning design house Ethereal Creators transformed the Billboard Canada Women in Music 2025 gala with design that celebrated connection, creativity and community.

Led by siblings Abdul and Hafsa Qureshi, the Toronto-based event design studio is known for transforming spaces into meaningful experiences.

Ethereal Creators brought warmth and refinement to the celebration through their candle centerpieces and carefully curated decor.

The design bathed the room in a soft, golden glow, creating an atmosphere that felt both elevated and personal — a reflection of the event’s purpose to honour women and gender-diverse leaders shaping Canada’s music industry.

Their contribution was more than aesthetic. Through balance, texture and light, Ethereal Creators added depth to the evening, enhancing how guests experienced connection and community.

The women of the music industry gathered to celebrate in solidarity, recognizing women who shape culture, lead with heart and inspire through artistry. And the room reflected that spirit, supporting the values that Billboard Canada brought to the evening.

“We don’t just follow trends, we define them,” says Abdul Qureshi.

Since its founding, Ethereal Creators has become one of Toronto’s most respected names in event design, recognized for their ability to merge structural innovation with emotional resonance. Whether crafting luxury weddings, corporate galas or cultural milestones, the Qureshis approach each project with intention, ensuring that every detail — from florals to lighting — serves a purpose.

For Abdul Qureshi, the partnership with Billboard Canada Women in Music was a natural extension of that vision.

“Our vision has always been to sculpt experiences that transcend the ordinary, that forge moments that resonate long after the final note fades,” he says. “Supporting Billboard Canada Women in Music was a profound opportunity to illuminate and celebrate the women whose boundless creativity shapes our world, infusing an unforgettable night of celebration with a radiant glow of light and warmth.”
