The Beaches and Nelly Furtado Perform 'Maneater' at Sziget Festival

The Beaches and Nelly Furtado are igniting some major 2000s nostalgia.
In a show video posted by The Beaches, the Toronto rock band bring the Canadian singer-songwriter on stage to perform her hit “Maneater” during their set at Sziget Festival in Budapest. The track is one of Furtado’s major hits off her 2006 album Loose.
“maneaters at @szigetofficial !!! love u @nellyfurtado 💙💙💙,” the group shared on Instagram. Many fans shared their excitement for the collaboration.
“Hell yes! 🔥❤️🇨🇦” said one user. “WE NEED A VERSION OF MANEATER FEATURING THE BEACHES!!!! That would be AMAZING!” said another.

Earlier in the day, Furtado shared an Instagram story from backstage of The Beaches’ performance, writing “Canadian Gold” and tagging the band.
Both artists are on a festival run — most recently, The Beaches had a full-circle moment at Montreal’s Osheaga, while Furtado is hitting the European circuit of fests.
During Sziget Festival, the other artists representing Canada at the six-day festival are pop singer Shawn Mendes, electronic artist Caribou and Vancouver producer-DJ Raven.
