Alexisonfire's ‘Crisis’ Returns to the Billboard Canadian Albums Chart, 20 Years After Its Release

The 2006 album enters the chart at No. 55, coinciding with the Canadian post-hardcore band’s recent shows, reissues and celebrations of its 20th anniversary. The album originally debuted at No. 1.

20 years after its release, Alexisonfire’s Crisis has re-entered the Billboard Canada charts.

The classic 2006 album from the St. Catharines, Ontario post-hardcore band arrives at No. 55 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart, dated Aug. 29. It comes 20 years after the album first debuted at No. 1, in 2006. At the time it was released via Toronto indie label Distort Entertainment, a hub for hardcore and punk rock artists. Crisis marked their first and only chart-topping album in the band’s decades-spanning career.
