Here is this week's MRC Data Market Watch report which features Canadian music stats for the current week and YTD with comparisons to last year. This chart is published every Tuesday. The abbreviation "TEA" is a term used to describe the sale of music downloads or singles. A track equivalent album is equal to 10 tracks, or 10 songs.
Last year, the inaugural edition of the event was held on the first weekend of October at the city’s downtown waterfront venue, Budweiser Stage — a few weeks before it was renamed to RBC Amphitheatre — where the second edition will be hosted. It was an unseasonably warm fall stretch for the All Things Go's outdoor dates last year, but June will give it more of a summer festival vibe.
"The move to June reflects All Things Go’s continued evolution and commitment to building culturally resonant music experiences for fans," ATG's co-founders Stephen Vallimarescu and Will Suter share with Billboard Canada. "Toronto in early summer at the waterfront is an incredible backdrop, and this timing creates new opportunities for artists, partners and fans alike."
Last year’s festival lineup featured 16 artists, with eight performers each day. The first-ever Toronto edition saw artists from a variety of genres, with sets from headliners Reneé Rapp, Kacey Musgraves, Role Model and Remi Wolf. There were also Canadian acts like singer-songwriter Charlotte Cardin (who was Role Model's "Sally") and indie rock band Valley, with emerging singers Baby Nova and ELIO.
Attendees don’t need to meticulously plan out their schedules in hopes of seeing all of their favourite artists. Instead, every performer takes the same stage throughout the weekend, with set times gradually increasing through the day.
“Coming back to Toronto for a second year feels incredibly special. The response from the city and its music community exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to build on that foundation with an even more ambitious All Things Go experience in 2026," says Vallimarescu and Suter.
While this year’s lineup has yet to be announced, fans can “expect another lineup true to All Things Go’s core identity,” and its main mission of championing female and LGBTQ+ artists.
Toronto marks the third edition of the music festival, which includes two U.S. editions at Washington, D.C’s Merriweather Post Pavilion and New York’s Forest Hills Stadium — both are set to return this year, with more information coming soon.
Once again, festival organizers of the Toronto edition have partnered with Live Nation Women to maintain their ongoing commitment to cultivating diverse, inclusive spaces within the music community.
Last year’s expansion to Toronto continues the steady growth of the music festival, which is set to celebrate its 12th anniversary in the Washington, D.C. area. In 2024, they expanded, launching a second U.S festival in New York.
