"We understand how concerning these incidents are, and we are sincerely sorry," the EDM festival organizers shared on social media after six people reported feeling a "sharp prick" in their back.

Montreal police are investigating multiple suspected cases of drugging without consent at îLESONIQ music festival at Parc Jean-Drapeau on August 9 and 10.

In a statement today (August 15), police said six people reported feeling a “sharp prick” in their back while they were in the crowd at the EDM festival. Afterward, some of the victims reported that they felt dizzy.
