GrassRoots is growing.
The Nashville-based GrassRoots Promotion Strategies has just announced the launch of GPS Artist Management, a newly unified international management division formed through the merger of GrassRoots Promotion Management with GPS.
This division will handle a roster of notable Canadian country artists, including Hailey Benedict, Aaron Goodvin, Tim and the Glory Boys and The Abrams, plus U.S. band Due West, under the leadership of industry veteran Tera Lee Flaman.
The Alberta-based Flaman is experienced in management, radio and production, and is known as an artist advocate. Joining her as a new hire is Jenna Robson, a longtime label and management executive who will add release and touring strategy as well as cross-border execution.

GrassRoots Promotion Strategies co-owner and managing partner Nancy Tunick, a promoter and entrepreneur who previously served in executive roles at Asylum Records and Warner Music Nashville, will oversee the management division.
“This integration creates a single, world-class platform for our artists,” says Tunick. “Under Tera Lee Flaman’s leadership, and with Jenna Robson strengthening our management team, GPS Artist Management combines creative vision with international implementation.”
“GrassRoots has always believed in building careers one authentic connection at a time,” added Flaman. “With GPS Artist Management, we’re aligning management, marketing and promotion guidance under one roof so our artists can thrive nationally and internationally.”
Within the new division, Flaman will oversee day-to-day management for Hailey Benedict (Canadian Country Music Award winner and 2025 Female Artist of the Year nominee, signed to Big Loud/Local Hay) and Tim and the Glory Boys (2x CCMA Award winners and 10x nominees), while Robson will handle double-platinum selling, CCMA award winner and 13x nominee Aaron Goodvin, 6x CMAO-winning duo The Abrams and Due West.
Hailey Benedict is a fast-rising Albertan artist who last year inked a deal with Nashville’s Big Loud Records and its Canadian-based imprint Local Hay, helmed by country star Dallas Smith. That signing was announced at the Billboard Canada Women in Music celebration in Toronto last September.

Award-winning agent Paul Biro of Paquin Artists Agency will continue to serve the GPS Artist Management roster for Canadian booking and will continue to collaborate as part of the management team in connection with Hailey Benedict, Tim and the Glory Boys and The Abrams.
For nearly three decades, Nashville based GrassRoots Promotion has been a leading independent promotion and marketing companies in the industry. The company has successfully launched chart-topping singles, built campaigns for emerging and established acts across multiple genres, and developed trusted relationships with radio, media and industry partners.
