Proudest 2025 Achievement:

We have had an amazing year of immense growth at PAA with so many new artists, agents and staff. I’m most proud of our team and the way they work tirelessly and always with a smile on their face to help elevate our company and our artists.

One Thing I Wish I Knew at the Start of My Career:

I wish I had understood from day one that the people I was meeting were going to be connections I would have for life and spent more time early expanding that network. Choosing a career in music is as much a lifestyle choice as a career and it’s imperative that you spend that time working with artists you truly love surrounded by people you genuinely enjoy spending your days with.

Keshia Chanté

Keshia Chanté has been a defining voice in Canadian R&B since she was a teenager. At just 15, her self-titled album went gold, making her one of the youngest artists in the country to achieve that milestone. She relived it last year with a special 20th anniversary reissue. Over the years, she’s expanded her career into television, radio and entrepreneurship, all while continuing to release music that everyone relates to. In 2025, Chanté takes on a new role as host of Billboard Canada Women in Music bringing her perspective as both an artist and industry leader to the stage.
