Stop giving them your energy and time. They will never get to be a chapter in your book and that is their loss. The people who DO show up and take you seriously? Those are the ones who help you write the book, so keep them close. Treasure them, celebrate them, put all of your energy into them because they are your team. And keep those gates wide open because there are people out there who see you and your team and want to be part of it too.”
