In the past year, co-presidents Julien Paquin and Vinny Cinquemani have significantly expanded Paquin Artists Agency (PAA), establishing it as Canada's largest booking agency. Their strategic acquisition of APA Canada in June 2023 brought veteran agents Ralph James and Jack Ross into the fold, along with a roster featuring Nickelback, Billy Talent and Lights, and this year brought in veteran agent Paul Biro from Sakamoto Agency. Other big recent signings to PAA have included Sarah McLachlan, Tenille Townes, The Washboard Union and more. Together, Paquin and Cinquemani have enhanced PAA's bilingual services and expanded its reach into Quebec and Nashville. Their efforts have solidified PAA's position as a leading agency in North America's live entertainment industry.
As CEO and President of The Feldman Agency, Jeff Craib and Tom Kemp have led the Canadian institution through what it says is its most successful year to date. TFA launched the venue The Bowl (now on pause) programmed major events at the Montreal Grand Prix and booked national tours for Alessia Cara, Mother Mother, Barenaked Ladies and Carly Rae Jepsen. Kemp, who joined the agency in 1998, steered standout tours for Sum 41 — whose farewell run sold over 100,000 tickets — and Charlotte Cardin’s 99 Nights Tour, including four sold-out shows at Place Bell. TFA artists collectively sold over 300,000 tickets this year. The agency has also elevated talent from within, promoting Joel Baskin to Senior Vice President and giving key new roles to Josie Cheng, Amy Lloyd, Emma Leblanc and Jessie Silverstein.
